As a Civil & Family Mediator and MN Rule 114 Qualified Neutral, I serve in several neutral roles, including Family Mediation, Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE), Parenting Time Expediting (PTE), Parenting Consultant/Coordinator, Custody Evaluation, Arbitration, and Neutral Fact-Finding.

My approach is grounded in a simple principle: children should be at the center of parenting decisions, not in the middle of parental conflict. A court case may end, but parents still have schedules to manage, decisions to make, and children to raise. I help parents understand their options and responsibilities, separate conflict between them from the work of parenting, and consider solutions that fit their family’s daily life.

Client education is an important part of my work. When parents understand the process and the choices available to them, they are better equipped to make thoughtful decisions and consider how ongoing conflict may affect their children.

I also work with attorneys, courts, therapists, and other professionals seeking neutral services for families navigating custody, parenting time, co-parenting, and other family disputes. In addition to my family practice, I provide civil mediation for parties seeking a practical process for resolving disputes.
